week 3
I have been keeping track of the number of days i have been stranded on this island by carving the days into the side of the cave. I have found some sort of hope in the fact that I can see commercial jets fly over every couple days, however, too far away to ever see me. Just the other day i was walking along the beach when I saw a full can of beer floating towards the shore. My only explanation of how it got there is that it must have been in my plane when it went down in the ocean. When I touched the can I suddenly remembered how I used to hang out for hour with my dad and my friends at Tahoe. I would give anything to be there now. But, I know I can't. So, I took the beer and made the can into a small pot which I may be able to use later. Maybe i could use it to boil water.

week 2
week 2
i have found shelter in the form of a decent sized cave on the side of a cliff on the east side of the island. i like the fact that it would be hard for other animals to get into it. i have tried to stay away from the forest in fear of the beast. all I' ve eatn is a couple of fish and a big bull frog that i found near a pond. to get the fish i simply just hit them with a big stick when they swam near the shore. but, i still haven't made a fire. i can't keep eating these things without cooking them. im starting to get a really bad stomach ace. so far the nights haven't been too cold, but, when winter sets in ill need some sort of warmth. maybe tomarrow ill look for some wood to make a fire.

life on a desserted island

week 1
I'm in a state of disbelief, i am completely alone on an island i know nothing about. i am getting sores all over my skin from lying on the hard sand all day. my back is killing me from the crash, which i barely survived. last night i wondered off into the jungle to find some sort of food or shelter. however, about a 100 meters into the twisted branches and vines i saw the beast. it stared at me with piercing yellow eyes. the rest of its body blended in with the dark mangled forest. but, by the size of its eyes the creature must have been big enouph to fit a mans head in its mouth. i quickly jolted back to the shelter of the beach. i ran and jumped into the ocean in the mind set that what ever it was that was behind me was still chasing me; but it wasn't.
